Improving Curricular Experiences and Student Satisfaction
Ashford University is continuously engaged in analysis of learning outcomes and regularly conducts ongoing measurement of student satisfaction and needs. Ashford University administers a variety of surveys, during various stages of the student life cycle, to assess students’ satisfaction with their educational experience at the University. Seeking feedback from students and alumni and using this feedback to improve the student experience is at the cornerstone of the University’s efforts to provide high-quality, accessible education. This has resulted in the creation of curricular and program improvements, interventions, technology-driven solutions, and services that will help students continue through their academic programs to degree completion.
